Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
- Please contact us via call/WhatsApp for any cancellation requests
- A 10% admin charge will be levied for cancellations made at least 2 days before the delivery date
- A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations made in less than 2 days before the delivery date
- For cancellation request received less than 24 Hours before the delivery time slot, no refund will be issued
- While it is our desire to fulfil your order as featured on the website, The V Florist & Gifts Pte Ltd reserves the rights to substitute any item in an arrangement with equal or higher valued items depending on stock availability.
Change of Particulars
- Please contact us via phone call/WhatsApp for any change of particulars such as address, card message, delivery schedule, etc. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before delivery
- Surcharges may apply for change of particulars in less than 24 hours before selected delivery slot
Exchange / Refund
- All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable once delivered
- If you are not satisfied with the flower/gift, please WhatsApp the picture of the flower/gift within 12 hours from the time received
- Please note that all terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.
